Now, I bet you’re wondering, “What’s there to do in Mission Viejo?” Well, let me tell you, I’m a little bias because my office is right on the lake! Not to mention, I love having lunch outdoors lakeside, the ambiance is so peaceful and enjoyable.
For the folks inclined towards outdoor recreation, the Oso Creek Trail is a must-visit. It’s a beautiful hiking trail with an array of vibrant sculptures along the way. With great beaches about 10 miles away is always a fun filled day. On the other hand, if you’re more into indoor activities, an amazing mall, and the Kaleidoscope Courtyards is a vibrant nook housing even more shops and eateries.
But let’s not forget about the golfers out there! The city is home to the Mission Viejo Country Club, a golfer’s paradise with a stunning 18-hole course. And if you’re a culture vulture, you’ll absolutely adore the Potocki Center for the Arts, a hub for creativity with a plethora of art classes and events.
And of course, Mission Viejo is central to so many day or weekend trip getaways. Lots of local mountains? Beaches? Wineries? San Diego? LA? Plenty of adventures to add to add to your living experience. All anywhere from 20 minutes to an 1 1/2 away making endless things to do for day getaways!
