Dianne is the agent to have! She goes above and beyond any other agent we have ever worked with, which has been several. She just does not do the standard post the house on the MLS, a sign in the yard, and an open house. She gets out there with multiple pictures of your home to blog on multiple websites with local, national, and even international exposure. We received an offer three weeks after posting our house in Temecula with her. That just attest to her ability when the housing market is so depressed. Our house was one of only two in its price range to sell in December 2015 in Temecula. She had to work very hard with an exceptionally incompetent and rude agent for the buyers to get the sale to go through.
