Or, I find walking leads your mind to creativity so take a few rounds of the Rancho Santa Margarita lake, and pause here to write down some great the great ideas and thoughts that came to you as you walked. Walking is so good for both your mind and body. 🙂

It’s hard to go wrong here, they are all great choices. It really is a wonderful place to enjoy stress free, whether for a few minutes or a few hours at anytime of the day. The lake-front place on the left is one of my favorites.
After or before your Rancho Santa Margarita lake walk, I highly recommend this spot right here is Carmelita’s Kitchen.
One of my favorite places to eat is right here on Rancho Santa Margarita Lake. Their outdoor patio overlooking the lake is a must-see. Their Mexican food is top-notch, and the ambiance is unforgettable.
If you’re in the mood for a drink,
their strawberry Jalapeño Margaritas are a must-try! The service is always impeccable, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion or a night out with your loved ones.
Their Bloody Mary’s are also muy delicioso, with a good amount of spice. This was with my daughter, those long pink nails are her’s. LOL Everyone in my family always loves it here.
My favorite dish is their Pollo Serrano, the sauce is so yummy, it is organic Jidori chicken, serrano cream sauce, rice, poblano and avocado. My sister’s fav the pork and pineapple tacos but whatever you try, hard to wrong.
